Your body might be trying to tell you something
Maybe you’ve been feeling tense, anxious, exhausted, or experiencing physical symptoms you can’t quite make sense of. Perhaps you know that stress and life experiences can show up in the body, but you’re not sure where to begin or how to move forward. You simply want to feel better, understand yourself more deeply, and find your way back to a greater sense of ease.
Return to Yourself is an eight-week, one-to-one program designed to support you in working with whatever is present in your life and body right now. Through a combination of body-based work, emotional exploration, and nervous system regulation, we look beyond simply managing symptoms and gently explore what may be underneath them. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start, you can simply begin with what’s here.
Return to Yourself
Return to Yourself is a two-month transformational journey for women who feel like they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. With their body. With their needs. With their intuition. With what they truly want.
This process is about learning to reconnect with yourself — not only in your mind, but through your body. To feel safer within yourself. To understand your reactions. To soften fear, anxiety and the constant inner tension. To step out of the endless cycle of overthinking and inner conflict. To feel free to be who you really are. To express what you truly feel. To make choices from a place that feels calmer, steadier and more grounded. And slowly, to experience everyday life differently. With more ease. More presence. More simple joy. Because when we feel safe within ourselves, we no longer have to live from constant fear, doubt and inner struggle. We begin to make different choices. Set different boundaries. Allow ourselves things we may have been postponing for a long time. And from that place, the way we experience our lives begins to change — including what we allow into them.
Return to Yourself is not about becoming someone else. It’s about creating the space to come back to yourself. To what is already there. To what you already feel. To what you truly want. If you feel like it’s time to come back to yourself, this journey is for you.
What does Return to Yourself look like
01 — Relaxation & Coming Back to the Body
First, we slow down. We step out of constant thinking, control and inner tension, and begin to reconnect with the body. Through breath, movement and somatic practices, we learn to help the nervous system feel safer. Because it’s difficult to hear yourself when you’re constantly holding tension in your body.
02 — Discovering Your Authentic Self
Once we create more space within ourselves, we can start to hear what is truly ours. What do I want? What do I feel? What do I need? What is no longer mine? We begin to recognise the difference between what genuinely comes from us and what we’ve learned to be because of other people, expectations and fear. This is where a deeper connection with yourself begins.
03 — Stability & Integration
We don’t want this experience to end when the process ends. So we learn how to bring what we’ve discovered into everyday life. To stay connected to ourselves even when life feels intense. To have our own inner space. To know how to come back to ourselves. To make choices from that place. Not just to feel different — but to start living differently.
About me
This journey began with my own return to myself...
I’ve been curious about the inner world for as long as I can remember. I have always wondered what happens inside us, why we feel the way we do, and how life shapes who we become. That curiosity has taken me to many different places over the years — from psychology and working with people, to astrology and different practices, and eventually into a much deeper journey of getting to know myself.
For a long time, I was looking for myself in many different places. And each one taught me something. One of those paths eventually led me to Kundalini Yoga. For me, it became much more than a practice on the mat. It changed the way I experienced my body and helped me understand how much can shift when we start paying attention to the body, the breath and the nervous system. It changed me deeply.
Since then, I’ve continued to study nervous system regulation, somatic work, meditation and different body-based practices. But what I bring into my work today isn’t only what I’ve learned through my education. A lot of my learning has come through life itself. I’m a mother of three, and motherhood — along with all the relationships, changes, responsibilities, love and challenges that life brings — has taught me a lot about myself. I’ve also had my own periods of anxiety, fear, insecurity and deep personal struggles. Some of the things that shaped me were not easy. For a long time, I thought I needed to understand them, fix them or somehow overcome them. Today, I see things a little differently. Everything I’ve been through, everything I’ve learned, and everything I’m still learning has slowly come together into my own way of working. Through the body. Through the breath. Through movement. Through awareness. Through nervous system regulation.
I don’t want to give people another thing they have to do to become a “better version of themselves.” I’m more interested in what happens when we slow down and start listening to ourselves. When we understand our reactions a little better. When we learn how to calm and support the body. When we create more space for what we feel. When we slowly begin to trust ourselves again. That’s what I now share with others through the practices that have helped me come back to myself. Not to become someone else. But to reconnect with what is already there. So we can feel good in our lives — not only when everything around us is good.
Testimonials
Thank you for showing me, again and again, how powerful Kundalini Yoga is as a tool for reconnecting with myself. After class and meditation, I feel relieved and calm - even others have noticed the changes in my behavior.
Thank you so much... It was truly an extraordinary experience... I stayed lying there with my thoughts until now... When I got up, I felt light, relieved, renewed...
It was amazing! I even had an insight about why I’m always in such a rush - fantastic. I can’t wait for the classes to begin!
I feel much calmer than usual. Absolute peace. These feelings make me happy. It’s so deeply regenerating.
Thank you. I just started the meditation today. It’s beautiful and so relaxing, thank you so much.
As for the changes, during this past month of practice, I finally feel like I am truly present - content with being exactly where I am. I no longer mix past and future; I enjoy this very moment. I’m no longer seeking external validation, but instead I’m claiming time for myself and for being with myself. I hope I managed to capture my current state - which I reeeaally love. I don’t react impulsively anymore; very often, I don’t even feel the need to react at all, but never at the cost of my inner peace. Before, I used to stay quiet but would eat myself up inside. Now, what matters to me is staying calm. You have no idea how many years I’ve been searching for this state of being!
